My sleep pattern is so fcking fcked up!
I sleep like at 5am in the morning and wake up around 2-3pm in the afternoon. It’s 6pm and I woke up around an hour ago. WTF is wrong with me?! I really need to fix my sleeping time. I haven’t been to the gym in 3 days and I’m just mad at myself. haha
